The shed started as a beauty salon and we moved it to this location and expanded to a boutique day spa. It is located behind a farm shop and restaurant with which we work together to offer afternoon teas or lunches with the Spa treatments. This shed is the culmination of 30 years of renting properties to finally owning my own unique business. We offer a full range of beauty and spa treatments. I work here with one other therapist and we are open six days each week. many clients wish they could live in the shed.
We built it in September 2014 from my own design and it was never meant to be moved. Unfortunately there were no expansion possibilities at the original site; so we lifted the shed in August 2015 with a 100 ton crane and transported it on a 70 foot low loader the 12 miles to this new location where we added a hot tub, sauna, plunge bucket and garden seating area.
