My Southwold Glass Hut celebrates the joy of childhood and the British Seaside. It has been handmade in wood and glass. Each piece of glass has been decorated by hand, using techniques such as silk screen printing and glass fusing. I used letters, photographs and imagery from my childhood as inspiration.
Designs have been kiln fired and then leaded to make it suitable for outdoor use. It can also be moved to different locations.
The glass hut has been made as a personal space to sit in and remember my childhood and my lovely mum and dad.
